Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Use the Contact us tab to let our team know you would like to return or exchange a product. Be sure to include the order ID and your email.
- Let us know the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Once your return is approved our team will direct you on how to ship the product(s) and how the exchange or store credit will be processed.
